Elite Health Solutions was formed in 2012 by Drs. Nathan Karpinsky and Paul Kukes. The entire office is focused on providing the best care for our patients through chiropractic and Active Release Technique ®.
Office
Since September 2022, we have been working out of our new office in Mount Pleasant, on Stuart Engals Blvd. If you have trouble finding the location, it is an office condo building, with parking on the bottom floor, and we are on the 3rd floor.
We have two offices for each of the current doctors on staff, as well as a rehabilitation area that houses our normatec compression sleeves. We are here to accommodate your wellness needs.
Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment by phone, please contact our office by calling: (843) 654-9330.
If you would like to request an appointment online, please select the "Appointment Request" option from the menu above. (Same day scheduling may only be done by phone).
New patients scheduling online will be asked to make a $25 deposit on the appointment online and will be asked to fill out the new patient forms on our website above or in person. This payment will be refunded at time of appointment.
Payment and Insurance
Our practice accepts cash, check, and most major credit cards (except American Express). We also accept FSA and HSA cards. We are out of network with all insurance. We are able to submit to your insurance company per your request so they can reimburse you directly based on your benefits.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
A $90 fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
